So I’ll take this as a win. For me, it’s faster to just download the game once it’s out because for some reason decompressing the preload sometimes takes much longer. Totally understand Capcom reserving their right to release whenever blah blah blah. But the fact that console gamers have been able to get their hands on physical and digital copies today, why is there no preload provided for Steam users – waiting until the Official Michael Manousakis Alter Katastrophe Shirt it strikes midnight or 5 am is a bit harsh.
