Imagine you’re only allowed to eat 2 slices of bread worth of carbs a Premium America Nurse Shirt, (35-45g). 100g of pizza has 33g of carbs in it, on average. That’s what, half a slice? I don’t get this criticism, a regular coke is like 300 calories and 86g of sugar. If I could get a diet double quarter pounder that tasted the same but with no calories then, of course, I fucking would. Getting regular coke is just an asking for diabetes. I always feel dumb doing this but I have to. Regular soda (in the US) is packed with high fructose corn syrup and I don’t want to shit my pants while I’m eating which will definitely happen if I drop that high fructose bomb on my stomach.
